It looks good Chris. You had a lot of info to combine. The only things I see are in the beginning you state the ess will theorize that hurricanes can and will have a possible effects (this is verb tense error) should state "will have (many) possible effects...). I saw no L>E effects, was it left off or do we need to find atleast one. The casual chains look good. I read through, but you may want to read again and make sure the chain is stated correctly from the info given. If , for example, e>l>b>h is stating effects in order of letters. I'll check back tomorrow. You did a good job putting it together.
