COURSES REQUIRING ON-CAMPUS PROCTORED EXAMS

Testing for courses that require on-campus proctored exams will be in the Distance Learning Testing Lab, Stevens Hall 101. There will be a separate schedule for make-up exams and finals.
  • Students must provide TWO forms of (photo) ID.
  • Students must reserve a seat to take an exam.
  • Students may not leave the room or use cell phones while the exam is in progress.
  • Students are not allowed access to any instructional materials unless the instructor notifies the Office of Distance Learning.
  • Students needing special accommodations, contact the Office of Distance Learning at 256-765-4987 or e-mail bdcoats@una.edu
  • Proctor Application NOTE: Now accepting Spring 2012 Proctor Applications.
    The option to use a proctor is for students who live too far away to come to campus. Students who live less than one hour's drive from UNA must test on campus unless special circumstances apply.

Off-campus Proctor Information - The option to use an off-campus proctor is only for students who live too far away to come to campus for testing. Students must notify the Office of Distance Learning of off-campus proctor information at least one week prior to testing date by submitting a Proctor Application.
